Cooking Method:

Add water to the steamer ( Mantishnica ) and make sure the water boiling. Brush the steel inserts with sunflower oil to avoid sticking to the metal. Add frozen Manti with a 2cm gap between them as they will expand in size while cooking. Steam cook for 45 minutes.
