Freshly Frozen and ready-to-cook Premium 120 days grain-fed Marble Beef Pelmeni with Truffle oil and Grana Padano Cheese.

Wrapped in the White and Black striped dough. 

The black color was achieved by adding natural squid ink.

Cooking Method: 

Boil the water and add the spices pouch to the boiling water. Add frozen Pelmeni and boil Pelmeni for 6 minutes. Avoid overboiling. Try to boil different types and colors separately. In the beginning, always stir them to avoid sticking to the pot.
