Freshly Frozen ready-to-cook Duck & Mushroom Pelmeni. 

Duck Breast, Mushrooms, Truffle oil, and Butter. 

Our special recipe is wrapped in black Dough with squid ink. 

No artificial colors or additives were used.

Cooking Method: 

Boil the water and spice pouch in the boiling water. Add frozen Pelmeni and boil Pelmeni for 6 minutes. Avoid overboiling. Try to boil different types and colors separately. In the beginning, always stir them to avoid sticking to the pot.
