Cooking Method: 

Boil the water and add the spices pouch to the boiling water. Add frozen Pelmeni and boil Pelmeni for 6 minutes. Avoid overboiling. Try to boil different types and colors separately. In the beginning, constantly stir them to avoid sticking to the pot.
